Body and Chassis Kit
Our unique chassis is fabricated from high tensile tubing with all mounting points jigged in. The chassis has mounts for engine, transmission, differential, suspension, steering, windscreen, dashboard, bumpers, fuel tank etc. Also included is the pedal box assembly.
All chassis are grit blasted and painted in black polyurethane for maximum protection. See page on chassis.
The one piece body is a composite structure manufactured from the latest aerospace materials. See page on bodies.
The composite body is mounted to the chassis and all bonnet, boot and doors are fitted.
Boot inner panels, from inner guards are all bonded into the body.
The body unit is a complete structure within itself and can therefore be removed from the chassis for painting etc.
A complete nut and bolt kit is also supplied along with a full instruction manual and Engineering reports.
